Dr. Robert F. Kushner created the Personality Type Diet, and it is based on food and behavior. The diet provides meal plans by using a number of healthy foods and fast foods. The diet contains a good balance of protein, fats and carbohydrates, and it is not a restrictive diet.

Breakfast

- 1 Small or ½ large banana

- 2 Whole grain, toaster-style waffles
- 2 tbsp. Reduced-calorie syrup
- 2 tsp. Light margarine
Snack
- 4 tbsp. Hummus
- 3 Ry-Krisp crackers
- 10 Baby carrots
- ½ Red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 Celery stalks
- 8 oz Water
Lunch
- 1 Small peach
- 16 oz Water
- Wendy's Grilled Chicken Sandwich
- 1 Small diet soda
Dinner
- 6 oz Baked salmon with fresh squeezed lemon and chopped dill
- 16 oz Water
