The diet is in the form of a one-page sheet, which claims you can lose 10 pounds in 3 days. The diet has been popular in the UK.
The Greenlane Diet Plan
This is a very low calorie diet, and a day's eating contains only 700 calories. This intense reduction in calories primarily results in fluid loss. The diet should never be done for more than 3 days. It contains foods such as tuna, "Snax" biscuits, dry toast, and fruit.

1 Slice dry toast
