Diet Without Gluten
Foods such as; rice, fish, fruits, and vegetables do not contain gluten, so people having celiac disease can eat these foods. People can use soy flour, potato flour, and rice flour in place of wheat flour.
All food ingredients should be read carefully to make sure that the food does not contain gluten.
