The British Heart Foundation Diet is also known as The Greenlane Diet. The British Heart Foundation has nothing to do with this diet whatsoever. It is a poor fad diet.
The diet is in the form of a single page, which claims you can lose 10 pounds in 3 days. The diet is popular in the UK, but its exact origins are not known.
