Regina Joseph developed the Brazilian Bikini Body Program. She developed it as a lifestyle plan that would allow her to eat normally, and at the same time, keep her body fit and strong.

Diet Basics

The plan is not low in carbohydrates, and the majority of carbohydrates are obtained from fruits and vegetables. However, only small amounts of grains are allowed. The Daily Menu also includes a desert. Dairy products are limited to small portions.

Importance is given to fresh foods with fruit smoothies and juices, vegetable salads, grilled seafood, etc.
